Workforce Education Program

The Workforce Education Program is an initiative of the Walworth County Literacy Council.  It is designed to give employers a way to upgrade their employee’s basic educational skills and/or learn the English language.

When you institute this program at your business, we will:
  Provide an assessment of the educational needs of the workers.
  Conduct an assessment of the educational needs of each employee
  Develop worksite specific curriculum for your workers
  Provide individualized instruction for your employees with
    - A trained instructor we provide, or
    - Using your employees that we train to be tutors
   Customize a program of instruction that meets your needs
   Guarantee a cost effective program with high return on investment
